《宁和堂医武养生馆》，是一所以中医中药调理治疗各种疾患，以传统武术、太极拳和健身气功修炼人体脏腑经络和肌腱百骸功能，外治皮筋骨，内养精气神；是传统的强身养生、除病复健的中医养生馆。
《宁和堂医武养生馆》由中国武术协会武术七段会员、世界中医药联合会中医伤科医师李宁耀师傅偕同中国武术协会武术六段会员、中国健身气功国家一级指导员周淑芬老师共同主理。
"Ning He Health Center" uses Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat various diseases along with Traditional Martial Arts, Tai Chi and health QiGong to strengthen organs and bones function.
"Ning He Health Center" is founded by member of Chinese Wushu Association Wushu, the World Chinese Medicine Federation of Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners Li NingYao and Chinese health QiGong national level instructor Zhou ShuFen.
